On Sunday my family and I went to the movies. We watched Michael Jackson's This is it. I knew we were going to have an outstanding time. When we collected our tickets we asked if if could have money to go to the games. Then my brother and I went to play a game. My brother won a toy from the movie G-force. Later we walked into the cinemas. When we entered we saw a monstrous screen. As we were watching the movie we were eating delicious popcorn. My favourite part was when Michael Jackson was singing all of his songs. My family thought that it was the best movie ever. In the film Michael Jackson was rehearsing for a concert in London. Michael Jackson is a fantastic dancer and he is a great singer. He is the King of Pop. Michael Jackson did some phenomenal dancing.

The Weekend By Jacob

On sunday I played soccer. When I was playing I ran to the other team. I got the ball. I went down the side and crossed it to Vincent but he missed. Then the goalkeeper was not good at kicking so he kicked it straight to me. I scored a cool goal. I repeated that. It was 2-0. Vincent crossed it to me and I got a goal. It was 3-0. Then it was full time. Then I went home I watched t.v I was watching Liverpool vs Manchester united. Liverpool got a goal by Fernando Torres. It was 1-0 and in the 63 minute they got a goal. He got past the goalkeeper and tapped the ball in the goal and Liverpool won the game.

Panmure Basin By Ayrton

Last Saturday early in the morning my family and I went for a run around the Panmure Basin. We went in my dad's car with our bikes at the back. My brother and I rode on our bikes while my parents were running. We went around the basin twice. The part I hated the most was when we went up a giant hill. I had to get off my bike and push it up. After I got up the hill I was tired. The part I enjoyed the most was crossing the bridge because I felt like I was riding on air. When I got on the bridge first I thought it was going to break but it didn't and I felt relieved. The second time I went around I didn't feel afraid. Next time we go I am going to run.

Davids story in the weekend

On Friday after school I stayed at my aunties house. We were watching tv. We watched Sky high.It was a super hero movie. My favourite part was when the boy got his powers and through the fire boy across the room.Then the next day me and my auntie went to her work.I felt excited.then when we got there we saw her friend Ana. When I was playing on the computer I needed to go to the bathroom. So I went. When I came back I played on the computer. It was star wars. It was so cool. After I was a little bit hungrey. So my auntie gave me A pie and some grain waves. After that I played super Mario. Mario got bigger and bigger.Then later on we were going to get a drink from the machine.When we got there it had no drinks in it.Then I played sonic on the computer. Me and my auntie played each other. Then we had to go back home. I felt exhausted. When we got there I had a sandwich and went to bed.

My trip to Wellington By Izabella

On Friday we wnt to Wellington .When we goot there we went to Belmont hills because that's where our holiday house is.There awas a swing,a trampoline and sky TV.I felt gleeful.Then I went inside the bedroom and I thought there were three bedroom but there was only1 bedroom.My mum said that the boys will sleep in the living room.Me and Megan said "Hooray".Nextwe had dinner.I had rice and beef.It was scrumptious.After that we brushed our teeth then went to sleep.The next morning we went to petone to visit our friend.After that we went to Mt Victoria lookout.It was very high and I nearly fell down.After that we went to the filipino celebretion.We got quite bored so we went back to our friends house to have dinner.We went back to our teeth then went to sleep.The next splendid morning we went to Te Papa museum.Then I saw the enormous collosal squid.Next we went to the museum shop.I bought a necklace with my name on it and a mathing earing.It cost $20.Next we went to a room and we took a picture of our selve on the screen then we put it in the big TV screen.Next we went to the beach to have a picnic.I ate fish and rice.It was apetizing.After that we went back to our friends house to have dinner.After tat we went back to the holiday house brushed our teeth then went to sleep.The next morning we went back to Auckland.It was sad when we had to go back to Auckland but it doesn't matter because I had fun any way.I hope we come back next year.

Last Thursday my family and I went to Christchurch.It took us an hour to find a hotel.We saw the famous Avon river.

We went to a shoe shop in the city.We went there because my mother wanted a new shoe.We walked around the city.

On Friday we went to our uncle's house . we dropped off our stuff at his house .Then my mum dropped us off at Mel's work Then we had a little walk around town when she was finished we walked back to the work place Then we went to a place where she got changed. Then we stared walking to the Vector arena when we got there it was fill of people playing video and sport games. But we had to eat our ice block first and we had to chew our food down the first thing we went on was the soccer games. Then we played a football kicking game we had to kick a ball over the post the last and final game we played on the electronic wii . When it was time to go we went to see the lights on the town hall because they changed the telecom sign there were all sorts of colours on the side. The we walked half way back we cached a taxi all the way back to the house but we did not pay him all the money we were so post to pay him but we still got away with it . The next day we got to play on the x-box I played gun it is a r13 game but we are still aloud to play it . Then our uncle woke up and so did Mel woke up and made us some hot chocolate . The next day we had to go home But we still had a great time at our uncle's house.

On Sunday I woke up and watched tv. After, I had breakfast. It was drab when I cleaned the room. I had to do the dishes with my brother. Then I asked my mum if I can playstation annd she said "yes". My brother was still doing the dishes and I was still playing the playstation. I was playing the crash of the titans. It was fouhtless. After I asked if my brother if he wanted to play.
He said "no". When I got a diffrent person he wanted to play. After it froze and we were waiting there for ages. It was tedious.
After I restarted it and then it did not work. I tried and it still did not work. I spent about half an hour trying to make it work. Then I made boiled eggs and I had to make my sisters one too. My sister made her one fancey my one was just normel. It was scrumptious. Next we watched tv and we were watching all about you. My mum said Ihad to have a shower. I kept on saying "later". Next my sister cooked dinner because she did not want to do the dishes. I had to have a shower too. Then we watched the simpsons. Next my favourite show was on wipeout. It was a astounding day.

Yesterday my cousin came over to play. My cousin's name is Nathaniel and he is ten years old. His favourite sport is rugby league. He lives in Mangere. He plays for the same rugby league team as me. First we went to play playstation. We competed in Jungle party. Every time one of us won we would shake hands. Some times when I won the would get disgruntled at me. I felt upset. Later I switched to the playstation 3. Later it got tedious. I returned to play with my brother and cousin. Next when we finished playing they went to watch tv. I changed the game. I played Smackdown vs Raw. They came back and my brother and I started arguring about what game to play. So we decieded to kerp playing Smackdown vs Raw. Later my cousin's mum came to get my cousin. My favourite time with him was when we all played touch together. We had loads of fun. After he went we turned the playstation off.

Ambury Park Farm BY Daenah

On sunday we went to church. When we entered the church I heard loud sounds. We had to wait and wait again. I was so bored. At last they announced the kids to go up stairs. There were fun games. When the church was finished we went to Ambury park Farm. I was very excited. The first thing we did was ride the tractor. It was shaky. It was a long ride. Afterwards we walked again, because we finished riding the tractor. We saw two cows surrounded by people. There was a paper, then my mum said write your guess about the weight.I wrote 800Kg then my dad guessed was 700Kg. The next thing we did was go and see the dog. the dog was big and cute and the man said this dog is only two years old. Then he said that dog is a chuawa. We saw Anjo . Then my brother said I am tired i want to sit. When he saw the bouncey castle he said "can I go on the bouncey castle?"But it's one dollar if Daenah want to come too it is two dollars. So mum said okay. So we went. When we finished the race my brother said it's appalling because he said he bumped his head. At least we had about 20 times. Then we went back to the guess the weight of the cows. My mum's friend heard that I was the winner. My mum said I was adorable. I have a very nice day.

On Tuesday my friends and I all went to Mcdoanlds. We were so hungry. We ate alot of food. Then this boy was really annoying.We got so angry at him that I told my dad and he growled at him.He ran away.Later we went into the car. We were so excited and happy because we were going to Rainbowsend. I had alot of fun. Our first ride was the pirate ship we went on that ride 7 times. It was so cool. Later we went and ate.It was so cool I ate 5 chips and was full later. Wee went to the movies. We ate 3 large popcorns and 3 fantas we watched G_force .It was so tender and compassionate. When we finished the movie we were chalky and tired. Later we dropped my friends. Then me and my dad went home. We were just in time to hear about that my dad's dad was in hospital because he fainted. We were so distressed and dejected. My dad ran into the room and wept I felt him so crushed I went into the room and hugged him and we started weeping .Then we enjoyed the rest of the night.

Shilpa diwali celebration

On Saturday my family and I celebrated diwali. We got dressed into beautiful and shiney indian costumes. they were real heavy indian costumes. At 7.35 my two cousins came and my aunty and my uncle came and celebrated with us. On the same day it was my cousin sisters birthday. She was turning three. In our muslim language we call our cousin sisters boo boo. It sounds funny but we dont because thats how we talk. for our cousin brothers we just call them by there names. We celebrated by giving them some indian sweets and snacks to eat. At quarter to eight we had to do a indian praya so they had to wait. It took 1 hole hour. It was so boring that I didn`t understand one single word. I was so discontented because my sister burnt me on my hand. After the prayer we had some food. We had jackfruit curry,chicken curry and some chatni. Then all the kids came in my room to watch some tv. My cousin brother Uzair said could I please watch cars on tv 2 and I said of corse you can. It was cars that continued from the first movie.to him it was an extraordinary. He was depressed and deressed because he did`t get to see the hole movie. He was really really unhappy when he went back to his home. after that we packed up everything then we finally went to bed.

Yesterday my mum and dad's friends came over to have a BBQ with us. They had one boy and one girl.The boy was little and the girl was the same size as me.I made 11 planes for them and the boy didn’t want a plane but he asked me if he could have one. For dinner we had curry duck and BBQ and gravy lamb.It was so so delicious. After dinner me and my brother and the boy we went to play Gears of war2 and Smack down vs Raw. In Gears of war2 we were on the 41 level.

During the holidays we went to a garage sale.I got a brand new Nintendo gameboy with 8 games for $27.After that we went to Pammure Fresh Supermarket to buy some fruits and vegtables.
Then we went to Pack n’ Save to do some grocery. After that we went home to drop the grocery.Then we went to Auckland City Hospital to visit my uncle.My uncle was at the Hospital because there was a problem with his kidney.So we gave him apples and bananas to keep him healthy.T felt crushed for him.After 15 minutes because we were only allowed to stay until 8 o’clock. So we went home and had dinner.We ate rice and an appetizing beef steak.It was lusciuos.Then I took my medicine,brushed my teeth then went to sleep.

woke up and they saaw me sleeping.my dad woke up because he wanted to go to the toilet.My mum woke up because my dad woke up.After that i was awake and then my mum said,why did you come down stairs sleepinglike a misrabal girl.I said that i got out of bed and then went to the bathroom and up like an unconscious sick little girl.My cousins came down stairs.They turned on the tv and watched.It was fourty five but then my little brother changed the channel to fourty two.My baby sister started crying so my brother had to change it back.My little brother called her a soocky bubu.My cousin laughed and laughed until tears were coming out of her eyes.It was getting night time and i still felt sick.My mum told me if i wanted to eat and i said yes.After that my dad came with some food.My mum told my dad to go and by some Mc Donalds so my dad and i hoped in the car and drove.While he was driving he told me if i wanted to eat Burger King or Mc Donalds.I said Burger King because it was the closest food shop near our house.When he was ordering my Burger King i spew up in the car.Then i had to take of my jumper and put it down next to the chair i was sitting on.Then we went back home and i was busy eating my Burger King.When i got inside i went up sairs to go and change my pants because it was wet.My cousins thought that i pead my pants but i didn't,it was my spew.Later on i went down stairs and ate my chips.Then my cousins had to go home.My sister told me if she could have some of my burger so i gave it to her .My big sister took the other half.Then i finished.Then i went to sleep up stairs.

In the holidays I went to Hoyts at Sylviar Park.When we got there we booked 4 tickets for Up in 3D for Tiffany, her mum, my mum and me.Then it was time for the movie.So we went to the ticket lady and gave our tickets.Then she asked us if we are going to the 3D Up.We said “yes”.She said that the normal one is on so we had to wait for a 1hour.Then Tiffany’s mum said that we should go to the book store until the movie starts.So we agreed.The book store was just next to the movies.I went to the comic zone at the book store.I got a book out called Garfield.It was really funny.my favourite was when John kicked Garfield out of the house.After I went to the Krash zone.I bought a Krash book and Tiffany bought a DMAG book.I got a cheat code book and a cover for my cards.Tiffany got a mini connect four and a bat with a ball stuck on to it.Then it was time for the movie.When we got inside we went to our seats and sat down and we waited.I was hypractive.Then the movie started.It started when Mr Fedrickson was in the movies.The next part was when he was old.Then Russel came and knocked on the door.But Mr Fedrickson said "go away" to Russel.My favourite part was the ending.I had a tremendous time.

Last Friday my brother and I went to the Nikau Caves. It took an hour and ten minutes I felt excited to go to the Nikau Caves. The first thing I had to do was put a helmet on and get a torch. When I arrived at the caves the instuctor told us to turn our torches on. As we were walking, the rocks got slippery. Later I saw lots of glow worms. When I looked up they appeared like lots of tiny stars. We had to crawl ten metres on our stomachs. It was freezing. One of the girls was crying because the instuctor said there were alligators. He was joking. After we finished I felt relieved. When we returned to Cafe I was starving. On the way back backI fell asleep.

Last week on tuesday 6 October in West Auckland a two year old girl went missing from 7 longburn street. Her name was Aisling Symes. She was with her mother and when she was not looking she left the house. The police, friends and family were trying to find her. They were searching for a week. Finally they found her in a storm hole near the house. Now the police have ivestigated what has happened.

On Tuesday it was my Nana's birthday. We went to her house celebrate her birthday. When everyone got there got there we stared doing some preys then we all went home . Next week we went up north we stopped at half way when our nana and papa came we got in there car and drove up it toke a long time to get there . When we got there we went into the lounge and there was a lcd tv we went into the games and stared playing games .The next day it was the spring fair that was the day my mum came up we helped bring in all the stuff When we were finished we went to the spring fair .It was great . Lost treasure of the red indians by Nadith

Long ago the red indians lived in the Amazon jungle. They builded there only pyramid me is 6,000 people in his kingdom.He had to protect his treasure or it will be lost.So he made a treasure chest and a key he put all his treasure in the chest. One day a hurricane striked the jungle 5,000 people went in the pyramid but 1,000 people were stuck outside. Lightning flashed and struck the pyramid so many times and the people outside died. The lightning struked the pyramid and rocks from the pyramid bursted out to the river. The top of the pyramid was gone and lightning struked everywhere.So the king got his treasure chest and went outside the pyramid and put it down the river. When the king tried to come back to the pyramid ,a lightning struked the kings leg and it was obnoxious because one of his leg was cut to two pieces. Now he couldn't run. So he tried to crawl ,so he crawled and crawled until he came to the pyramid. When his wife saw him crawling and his leg cut his wife fainted and the king died. When the king died the people tried to get out but it was too late the bricks from the pyramid fell down and killed all the people in the pyramid. After in 1966 two boys lived in New York. In school the two boys learned about history of south america. One day the boys read the disaster for the red indians. Because a hurricane killed them. Then the boys read about the lost treasure of the red indians. The tallest boy said "Iam going to find the lost treasure "the small boy said"Me too".So they took of to the amazon jungle from New York.It was sandy and misty.They went with a jeep to the forest and found the river.They got out their swim suits and put them on and went down the river for hours finally they found some big rocks.The tall boy said"This must be the place where the disaster was "so they came up and saw the pyramid destroyed. When they came inside it was full of bricks,first they saw the skeleton of the king. Anybody else skeleton was covered with bricks. The boys were looking for the treasure but they didn't. The tallest one thought it might have gone the river. They went to the river again and swim down the river until they find the treasure. They found a symbol on a rock. Behind the rock was a key it was the key to the treasure but thy didn't find the treasure. The small boy pushed a rock down then they fell down to a another world it was the underworld. The small boy saw a chest the small boy called out "look there's the treasure!"The tall boy went near the chest he got the key out of his pocket. He put the key in the chest and opened it. It was full of ruby's,diamonds and quartz. They tried to go out but it was a hollow cave. There was no way out only up the cave they didn't find a rope. They looked in the treasure chest they found a rope in the chest they tied it on a tree. The small boy climbed the rope first then the tall boy climbed up with the treasure. They got up and went on the jeep went back to the airport and went back to New York. They gave the treasure to the museum and became famous and lived happily ever after.

On a sunny day two boys went to the shops, to buy some equipment for their base, they made it for their friends. They made it a long time ago, it was getting worn out by the weather, but it still looked amazing, and it was!. The next day I went to school it was my day for news. I brought the keys from the base. I talked to the class after when I reached into my pocket to get the keys they were gone it was empty. The boys wound not be happy with me. How could I explain that I had lost them. I ran home and watched T.V in a very bad mood, I went to bed. In the morning I still felt very bad, I miss a day off school. I looked everywhere for the keys but I couldn’t find them anywhere, I decided to go back to school to search for the keys. I will check with my teacher to see if anyone has found them, at school I didn't eat my lunch because I was to upset to eat. We had assembly the teacher had some items in lost property that children had lost. I was exceptionally excited to think my keys would be in the bag however it was Tims bag, I mean Tims bag was important but not as important as the base keys. When I arrived home and decided to retrace my steps starting with walking to school. As I recapped I discovered that instead of placing the keys in my pocket I had put them in my school bag and to my astonishment, I found the keys in my lunch box. If only I had not been so upset yesterday I would have found them then.

So he got his wallet and stared walking to the park When he was about to leave his mother said were are you going and John said park and his mum said ok After a while he got thirsty Then he stopped at the shop to get a coke So he stared counting up his money to see how much he had He just had the right coins to get it When he had payed for it he stared drinking as soon as he got out of the shop because
he was very thirsty Soon he got there and he was sleepy So he sat down on the bench and fell asleep When he did his wallet fell out under the seat . When he woke up he just stared walking back When he got back his wallet was not in his pocket So he stared making posters of the wallet and the person who found the wallet would get a trip to the goaled coast .The wallet had credit card and passport.When a person saw a poster he went to the seat and he looked under the seat and there it was his name was David .He walked to Johns house He got there and John opened the door and he was so happy to see his wallet and David said I will be better off with out the trip and they lived happily ever after

A long time ago on a cloudy day a young boy was walking home after school. As he was strolling he heard a suspicious noise. He tripped up on a slippery stone. Suddenly he heard footsteps coming closer and closer. The boy was too sore to get up. It was the school bully. The bully was tall, big and strong. The bully grabbed him by the t-shirt. As he was grabbing at the boy, he used his bag to block him from grabbing something special. It was a diamond necklace. The bully grabbed his jewellery and tossed it in to the deep dark forest. In the deep dark forest a fed up old man lived in a cottage house. He was fed up because he got fired. Because the owner thought he was not good enough. He heard broken glass, and he went to see what had happened. Later he found the boy’s jewellery. The old man picked it up and was wondering who had lost it.
Meanwhile the young boy put up reward posters for his jewellery. He put it on poles and walls. The old man decided to go for a walk. He saw the poster. Then he ran as fast as he could to get the jewellery. Next he looked for the young boy but unfortunately he couldn’t find him. So he followed all the posters until finally he found the boy and gave him his jewellery. The boy was thrilled. So the boy ran quickly home to get the reward. He gave the reward to the old man then he walked back home.

On Saturday a boy who had spicky red hair, red eyes, tall, thin and strong went to a camping area.The camping area had lots a lot tents, playgrouds, a riverto swim in, shops, heaps of people and a hotel.It was a huge place.First his parents sorted out the big tent whichhad 3 bedrooms.The boy went to the colourful playground while his parents were setting up the tent.But his parents said to be back by half n hour.The boy said "okay" and rushed down to the playground.It was a huge playground.First he went on the slide then he went on the swing.He was tired for a while.Then he stood up and went on play swing again.He was like a playing machine.He only had five minutes left to keep on playing.But he thought that he could play for more than five minutes.Suddenly two kiddnappers rushed through a bush and grabbed the boy.The kiddnappers had black masks on their faces.They rushed to their car and drove away.The boy's parents were really worried so they went to the police statioa and spoke to an officer.When the boy was in the car he was tied up.Luckly the boy rememmbered where they were going.It was half a mile.Finnally the kidnappers got to the safehouse with the boy.It was 9.00 pm at night.They left a knife on the floor.The boy picked up the knife and took it up to his hands.He cut the rope so it got loose and he got out of the tied rope.Then he ran back to the camping area.His parents were very happy to see him.

LOST AT THE BEACH by Nadith

One day a boy and his friend went to the beach. The boy's dad said "Don't go too far from me" Then the boys went to swim and forgot what their dad said. They had gone too far away so that the lifeguard didn't see the two boys swimming too far away. The boy's dad was horrified when he couldn't see them. They were drowning and the boys couldn't swim back. The lifeguard boat came and the lifeguard saw them drowning. But the waves were too strong for the boat to come near them. So the lifeguard went back to the land and tried to call the helicopter. He tried to call the helicopter but the phone was dead. Then he asked people to give their mobile phones but the people said no. Next he said "IT'S AN EMERGENCY!" Then the people gave their mobile phones. He called the helicopter and said "we are coming to help." The helicopter came and found the boys. They were lost. The men in the helicopter dropped two ropes to the boys .After,a big wave pulled them aside .When they were pulled aside the two boys tried to get the ropes but it was too slippery. So they tied the ropes together like a swing and they held on to the ropes and said "Pull us up now!!" So they were pulled them up saefly. When the men wereon the helicopter they gave them two towels to keep them warm. Then they were ticking their teeth like a clock!

One wonderful day a girl called Kirsten went to her friend Krystal's house. Kirsten asked Krystal if they should go to the mall. Krystal said'' sure but I have to asked my dad first ''. So they asked Krystal's dad if they could go to the mall.. He said'' Yes ''. So they went off and walked down the street to get to the mall. Then two strange kidnappers who got out of jail were following them. Then Kirsten and Krystal started running but the two strangers who got out of jail kept following them. Then when they got to the mall Kirsten and Krystal went into a shop called John's grocery store and asked the shopkeeper [Jonh] if they could hide. John asked what's happening? Krystal and Kirsten explained that they were getting chased by 2 strange kidnappers who got out of jail. So John called the police. When the police got to the mall they saw the 2 strange kidnappers and aressted them again. A constable called Paul took the girls home and the girls was safe.

On Saturday morning I woke up and made my parents a remarkable parents. I made them coffee and toast. My parents felt enchanted. Next we took a then brushed our teeth. On Saturday my family and I went to Hunters Plaza. We had a marvellous time. When I walked in to that mall I felt shy and kind of scared because it was like a new mall to me. It was a big mall too. My mum wanted to go to burger king because she didn't have any breakfast and she was starving. Then my dad said 'hold" on we just got in the 'mall". Next my mum said 'ok" then. When the lights went off it was better.Then the music went on .It was much better. Then it was dark so we looked out at our next door neighbour. I love spending time with my family. I love my family.

So I went and got them and then I gave the keys back to my Mum and then I went to skate around the whole park. It was stimulating because I stopped and watched some people play golf. Just then I saw a sign on the barbed wire fence say Danger golf balls. After that I heard the game was finished. So I skated back as prompt as I could. Finally when we were driving back home we stopped over at McDonalds. I had an extraordinary time. My brother said the game was very, very tough.

On Sunday I woke up and asked my sister if she wanted to go in to our Mum's room because I wanted to watch tv. My sister said "no". So I asked again and she said "yes". First we put the element on , Next we put the pot on the element and pour the milk in. Then we pour a teaspoon of rennet in to make it set. When the milk was ready we put the muslim on top of the bowl and the colander. Then we put the milk and rennet to let it drain. Then we hung the muslim on the ladder so the wate -whey- r could drip out of it. When the water was all drained we put a teaspoon of salt and stirred it. Mrs. Fisher got the crackers and let us taste it. It was delightful!!!!

On Friday after big play team 3 had a bookparade.You have to choose a character like Harry Potter , a pirate and more. I dressed up as Harry Potter.It was amazing.Then we put out the chairs out and put it outside for the bookparade.The bookparade started. First it was rm21,rm19,rm20 and rm22.It was astonishing. Then the judges chose the finalists from our class. They were Finau,Rawiri and Daenah and from rm 19 they were Seddrick and Ariki and from rm 20 they were Max and Ashely.It was extraordnary.

2 Pour the milk in a pot and then put the pot on the element.

6 Put it in a contaner and add a little bit of salt and then stir.

On saturday I wake up and got ready to play rugby league. We went to my game at Thompson parck just acroos the road. We were

On Wednesday we went to the Lagoon Stadium.To get there we went on a bus.The bus was bumpy . When we got there we played hockey after we played octopus. Octopus was very fun. Roi told us to get a drink so we ran to get a nice drink of cold water.Then it was time to get back to school. We went on to the bus to get back to Stanhope Road School. Last Friday we had an event called Book Week.During big play an announcement came and said team 3 go and get changed.The boys' toilet was full.People took too long.Next we walked around team 3's court yard.Every time a class had finished parading around Mrs Wase would pick 4 people from each class. The costume I liked was Mrs Fischer's.She was dressed up like a fancy pirate.I thought she was captain Hook.She was some one from a book called 'Kidnapped.Then we all walked around the whole school.It was marvellous Finally we went back to room 22.I was Harry Potter.I had a brown cape,black pants and black and grey long sleeves I didn't like it.The one character I liked was Shadrach.He was a king.The parade was great and I enjoyed it

On Friday after big play team 3 came and got changed into our costumes because we had a book parade . When I finished wearing my costume I opened the door and when I saw some people, they looked beautiful. After that I got out of the room I felt the air and it was fresh. The chair I sat on was comfortable. When one of the classes were walking they were looking cool and then the other classes had their turn annd they looked cool too. We were very last and I felt boring because I hate it when we are last.
Finally it was our turn but when it was our turn I felt very scared and creepy. So when every body had their turn ,all the team three children walked around the school with our teacher. So we walked around team one and team two, and five then we went down to team four and then we went back to team three. When we were walking I felt really shy. Before we were walking around team three children so we can show them our costumes. Then the teacher had to pick four people and I wasn't it. It was good she didn't pick me because I don't like to be picked for something. Then they walked around the school and they said it is wonderful walking around the school. Then we came back to team three and got changed into our uniforms. When we came back it felt brilliant for me but the other girls did not want the parade to finish. I liked Viginia's dress because it looked beautiful!. Then I went back to class and then all of a sudden I felt happy. Then the bell rang and it was loud! So then we got our bags and Rosalie came and got our jerseys and hats so we can be organized. Then we finally could go home tired. The parade was awsome!. I liked Mrs Fischer's costume because she dressed up as a pirate. She looked funny and cool I had a beautiful time at the parade.

On Friday it was the book fair parade for team three. We put our our chairs for it. When it was big play the bell rang early for team three to get ready and changed. When we were getting changed I was excited and a little shy. I was dressed up as a bunny from Alice in Wonderland. The first class was room 21. Then it was room 19 and the very last class was mine, room 22. I liked Virginia's dress. She was wearing a beautiful sparklu dress. She was in room 19. I was really, really shy because I was scared that I might mess up. I was wearing my pants the wrong way round. When we were parading the whole school was feasting their eyes on us. After that the judges picked four children from each class wearing beautiful outfits. The judges were Mrs Benefield and Mrs Alfrey. They got prizes if they got picked. I never won a prize but I was still proud of myself because I tried to be a bunny. I have never dressed up as a bunny before. The children from our class that won a prize were Devante, Daenah, Rawiri and Finau. I thought those four deserved it. After that the winners got their prizes and then we all got changed into our uniforms. We started cleaning quickly and then the second bell rang and then we all got our bags and we finally went home. I enjoyed the parade because it was great fun and I got to see wonderful fascinating costumes. I hope we have it next year.

On Friday team 3 had a book parade. It was fun. I was a princess from Puss in Boots. I had a crown too. I had a beautiful dress. Mrs Alfrey was a pirate and Mrs Benefield was a witch. Mrs Wase wore pjs and slippers. And Miss Coverdale was wearing a blue beautiful dress. I liked Christine's dress because her dress is colour pink. I like pink as well. Then its time to go home. I felt very very happy at the book parade.
